History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Pennie was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Pennie's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She became a Roofer soon after.
