History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Curran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Curran. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. After months of barely getting by, Shava managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to find somewhere to settle down
