She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Juliana grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
