Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and he perpetually has his glaive ready. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Shipwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His brown fur is greasy and uncared for. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family
