Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cumpen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Cumpen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
