History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Pikar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: She wears baggy white pantaloons and a black scarf. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Robbie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Robbie. After a long history of fighting, Robbie and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Rendar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sage profession.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Mozikth hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in mace use. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
