History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Trail is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Trail was born the youngest of three triplets. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Spy, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. During his travels, Elaim and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Elaim discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Elaim fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
