Description: He prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Nim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is content

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a barkeep again

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available she will default to her bastard sword, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

Description: This man wears a black coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is short and red. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Trag reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
