History: He was born into a rich family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Ortegar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ortegar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
