History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Actor and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of giants
