Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Hugolina took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
