Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Melech was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: This man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears a grey vest and prefers brown and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is brown and curly. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Engraver and was forced into it by his family; and revenge

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has moderate length golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 4. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Paelias was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of orcs
