A true patriot, Bella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.
