Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Barbena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barbena grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
