Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.
