Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a whip on his belt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He has no hair. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cressel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and expand his business

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he prefers to wear flannel. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a red feather.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An older woman who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is white and very short. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Tiaathque took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to settle down with her crush

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many red ritualistic tattoos. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to open a new tavern
