Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in halberd use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Enialis studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. Her white crest has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Jheri is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
