History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thorin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
