Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gunter will drive conversation. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Guard like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gurdis grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is a Stylist first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern
