Description: A 5'9" western man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. His hair is red and very short. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ahvain does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Ahvain hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Jabbie was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His tied-back hair is silver. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kody never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Umpen's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
