Description: A middle-aged man, he wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Kelter hails from a village terrorized by drow. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His black hair is long and unkept. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: She is typically in her Tanner uniform. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Sybil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Naivara abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
