Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Pelt would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
