Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Brewer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When Joan reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
