History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Matilda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
