Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balifra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Balifra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Tethren enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Tethren was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to clean up the streets
