History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Hadwisa hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Cory has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Lavinia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
