History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
