His clothes are grease stained in places. His long brass crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Fax was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fax's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
