History: She was born into a rich family. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Stableman but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Stableman, Nagrette learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
