Description: A 2'10" northern woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her hair is red and curly. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Sarai hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and many dire rats want her driven away

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears professional attire. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Hamil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hamil decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a violet and brown robe with the hood down. He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has moderate length blonde hair. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. John took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
