History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jelenneth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Jelenneth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Jelenneth hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
