History: Born in the east to a Healer, Osco learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
