History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Sarai took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His tied-back hair is brown. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Knight business.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He has a missing left leg. He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. His hair is golden and curly. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Burto was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burto grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burto. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to get a good night's sleep
