Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Donella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
