History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eldon grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Eldon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
