History: Gifted from a young age, Bucklal studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up work as a Bellfounder and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bellfounder responsibilities is difficult; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
