History: The child of a Assassin, who enjoyed hunting, Peren was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
