She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Melech fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 44. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Phann grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
