History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Alain and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Tree was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tree's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Tree and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is content

Personality: Huru is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Huru was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
