Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a grey shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is chestnut and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is brown and very short. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, she is not a threatening figure. She has orange fur. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Edge was taken on many hunting expeditions. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. He has moderate length scarlet crest. His eyes are gold.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nithther grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
