Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady black eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morthos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His tied-back hair is auburn. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He carries with him a set of warhammers on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Dimble is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Apothecary father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a rival would like him out of the picture
