History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and regain custody of her son

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
