She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, marred by teas. His hair is white and curly. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thorpe grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Thorpe was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thorpe's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
