History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adrik has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: River is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his painting dream.
