History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Oriax was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oriax decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. Her chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
