History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. History: He comes from a rich western family. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
