Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She uses divination through singing.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gurdis was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Sun was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Helen hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he has a crush on the local guard
