History: Gifted from a young age, Helja studied abroad. Helja liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Thiala alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Thiala was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
