History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Wella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has worked as a Ruler like her mother before her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against dire rats

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
