History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Verin grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Verin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Cask learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miner. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.
